Beginner Pre-School:
Children 3-5.5 Years old who have not taken swimming lessons and are apprehensive in the water or not ready for Progressed Pre-school. The Scratch Beginner pre-school class will give first-timers that are apprehensive in the water the special attention they need for water introduction and learning the basic skills of swimming. Different progressive skills will be taught during the 4 day semi-private session. Once they learn these skills the next level is Progressed Pre-School (3-5.5 years old). The classes are 4 days (Monday-Thursday) for 45 minutes long with a 5 minute playtime.
Beginner School Age:
Children 6 Years and older who have not taken swimming lessons before, are apprehensive in the water and are not ready for the Progressed School Age Class. The Scratch Beginner School Age class will give first-timers that are apprehensive in the water the special attention they need for water introduction and learning the basic skills of swimming. Different progressive skills will be taught during the 4 day semi-private session. Once they learn these skills the next level is Progressed Pre-School (3-5.5 years old). The classes are 4 days (Monday-Thursday) for 45 minutes long with a 5 minute playtime.
